Pro Kapital avaldab noteerimisprospekti ja taotleb oma mittekonverteeritavate võlakirjade 20-2024 kauplemisele lubamist Nasdaq OMX Tallinn võlakirjade nimekirjas

 AS Pro Kapital Grupp (“Pro Kapital”) emiteeris 9 685 426,80 euro väärtuses tagamata, ennetähtaegse lunastamise õigusega ja fikseeritud intressimääraga mittekonverteeritavaid võlakirju EUR 8.00 PRO KAPITAL GRUPP VÕLAKIRI 20-2024 ISIN-iga EE3300001676 (edaspidi nimetatud Võlakirjad), lunastustähtajaga 31. oktoober 2024. Pro Kapital annab teada, et avaldab täna, 19. jaanuaril 2021, võlakirjade noteerimisprospekti ja on taotlenud võlakirjade kauplemisele lubamist Nasdaq OMX Tallinna võlakirjade nimekirjas.Pro Kapital teavitas 22. mail 2020, et Pro Kapitali nõukogu otsustas 21. mail 2020 kiita heaks Võlakirjade emiteerimise. Võlakirjad emiteeriti kolmes osas: (1) 03. augustil 2020 emiteeris Pro Kapital 2 925 641 Võlakirja nominaalväärtuses 8 191 794,80 eurot; (2) 27. novembril 2020 emiteeris Pro Kapital 187 502 Võlakirja nominaalväärtuses 525 005,60 eurot; ja (3) 15. jaanuaril 2021 emiteeris Pro Kapital 345 938 Võlakirja nominaalväärtuses 968 626,40 eurot. Kokku emiteeriti 3 459 081 Võlakirja nominaalväärtuses 9 685 426,80 eurot.15. jaanuaril 2021 tühistati kolmandal märkimisperioodil Võlakirjade eest sissemaksena kasutatud Pro Kapitali konverteeritavad vahetusvõlakirjad järgmiselt: tühistati 315 309 PKG1 võlakirja ja 30 629 PKG7 võlakirja.Pro Kapital on esitanud avalduse võlakirjade 20-2024 kauplemisele lubamiseks Nasdaq OMX Tallinn võlakirjade nimekirjas ja eeldatavalt on esimene kauplemispäev 27. jaanuaril 2021. Sellega seoses on Pro Kapital koostanud noteerimisprospekti ja selle on 19. jaanuaril 2021 heaks kiitnud Eesti Finantsinspektsioon.
