31.07.2020 kello 13.45Privanet Capital Markets Oy valitti Finanssivalvonnan päätöksestäPrivanet Group Oyj:n tytäryhtiö Privanet Capital Markets Oy on tänään jättänyt Helsingin hallinto-oikeudelle valituksen Finanssivalvonnan 1.7.2020 antamasta päätöksestä, jolla yhtiölle määrättiin 450 000 euron suuruinen seuraamusmaksu sekä julkinen varoitus liittyen Lapis Rakennus -konsernin yhtiöiden osakkeiden sekä velkasitoumusten markkinointiin ja myyntiin vuosina 2015-2017. Privanet Capital Markets Oy vaatii valituksessaan päätöksen muuttamista seuraamusmaksun määräämiseen vaikuttaneiden perusteiden osalta.
