Pritarimas AB „INVL Baltic Farmland“ dividendų skyrimui už 2020 m.

2021 m. balandžio 9 d. vykęs akcinės bendrovės „INVL Baltic Farmland“ (toliau – „Bendrovė“) eilinis visuotinis akcininkų susirinkimas pritarė 0,15 EUR dividendų akcijai už 2020 m. skyrimui (bendra dividendams skiriama suma sudaro 484 tūkst. EUR).

Bendrovės valdyba pažymi, kad 2018 m. balandžio 10 d. vykusiame Bendrovės akcininkų susirinkime buvo patvirtinta Dividendų mokėjimo politika, numatanti, skirti ne mažiau kaip 0,10 EUR akcijai.

Bendrovė pažymi, kad dividendai bus išmokėti bei dividendų mokėjimo tvarka už 2020 m. paskelbta per mėnesį nuo vykusio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo, patvirtinusio sprendimą skirti dividendus.  Dividendus turės teisę gauti tie asmenys, kurie dešimtos darbo dienos pabaigoje po visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo, priėmusio sprendimą skirti dalį pelno dividendams išmokėti (2021 m. balandžio 23 d. pabaigoje), bus akcinės bendrovės „INVL Baltic Farmland“ akcininkais.

Pirmoji diena be teisių (angl. ex-date), nuo kurios vertybinių popierių biržoje su atsiskaitymo ciklu T+2 įsigytos akcinės bendrovės „INVL Baltic Farmland“, ISIN kodas LT0000128753, akcijos nesuteikia teisės gauti dividendų už 2020 metus, yra 2021 m. balandžio 22 d.
