Press Release May 7, 2020Press Release from the AGM of 7 May 2020Below is a summary of the decisions made at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders in Hexatronic for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2019.To adopt the income statements and balance sheets for the Parent Company and the Group.To carry forward the unappropriated earnings to the next year.To discharge the Board Members and the CEO from liability for the 2019 financial year.In accordance with the Nomination Committee’s proposal, it was resolved that fees to the Board remain unchanged with a fee of SEK 450,000 to the Chairman of the Board and SEK 200,000 to other Board Members, and to pay remuneration of SEK 75,000 to the Chairman of the Audit Committee and SEK 50,000 to the committee’s other member.
