Dėl COVID-19 viruso sukeltų apribojimų lapkričio mėnesį „Novaturo“ grupė visose rinkose buvo priversta antrą kartą metuose laikinai nevykdyti veiklos. Daugiausiai buvo vykdomi grįžtamieji skrydžiai parsigrąžinti keliautojus iš Kipro ir Kretos kurortų. Dėl galiojančių ribojimų Bendrovė negalėjo atnaujinti skrydžių  į pagrindinę žiemos atostogų kryptį –  Egiptą.Lapkričio mėnesį „Novaturo“  grupės pajamos siekė 0,2 mln. eurų ir buvo 98 proc. mažesnės nei atitinkamu metu pernai.  Bendra šių metų sausio-lapkričio mėnesių apyvarta pasiekė 32,4 mln. eurų ir buvo 81 proc. mažesnė nei tuo pat laikotarpiu pernai. Lapkričio mėnesį Bendrovė aptarnavo 319 klientų – 97 proc. mažiau nei atitinkamu laikotarpiu pernai. Iš viso per sausio-lapkričio mėnesius bendrovė aptarnavo 47,8 tūkst. klientų, 83 proc. mažiau per pernai.„Keliones visame pasaulyje pristabdė antroji karantino banga, valstybės kovoja su viruso plitimu. Mes šį laikotarpį išnaudojome ruošdamiesi 2021 metų atostogų sezonui. Bendraujame su partneriais užsienyje, peržiūrime kitų metų sutartis, pildome produkto asortimentą, svarstome naujas kryptis. Skrydžiams nevykstant, savo dėmesį skiriame šiems keliautojams nematomiems darbams, kad būtume pasiruošę stipriam startui. Kita veiklos kryptis sufokusuota į drausmingą kaštų optimizavimo politikos laikymąsi, siekiant pasidėti tvirtesnius pamatus įmonės veiklos rodiklių gerinimui ateityje, kai vėl galėsime planingiau keliauti“, – sako Audronė Keinytė, Novaturo grupės vadovė.  Apie įmonę
