Akcinės bendrovės „Linas“ (teisinė forma – akcinė bendrovė, buveinės adresas S. Kerbedžio g. 23, Panevėžys, Lietuva, juridinio asmens kodas 147689083, PVM mokėtojo kodas LT476890811, duomenys kaupiami ir saugomi juridinių asmenų registre, įregistruotas įstatinis kapitalas 6.971.307,10 EUR (šeši milijonai devyni šimtai septyniasdešimt vienas tūkstantis trys šimtai septyni eurai ir 10 centų)) šaukiamame neeiliniame visuotiniame akcininkų susirinkime numatoma svarstyti klausimą dėl visų Bendrovės išleistų akcijų išbraukimo iš prekybos reguliuojamoje rinkoje Nasdaq OMX Vilnius ir nebesiūlymo jų viešai. Atsižvelgdama į aukščiau išdėstytą, taip pat vadovaudamasi Lietuvos Respublikos vertybinių popierių įstatymo (toliau – Vertybinių popierių įstatymas) 33 straipsnio 3-5 dalimis, Bendrovės valdyba teikia šį pranešimą apie ketinimą išbraukti Bendrovės akcijas iš prekybos reguliuojamoje rinkoje Nasdaq OMX Vilnius ir jų nebesiūlyti viešai.
