PPHC Increases 2026 Interim Dividend to $0.117 Per Share

WASHINGTON, Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Public Policy Holding Company, Inc. (“PPHC”, the “Group” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: PPHC) (AIM: PPHC.L) (ISIN: US7444302084), a leading global strategic communications provider offering a comprehensive range of advisory services in the areas of Government Relations, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2026 of $0.117 per share of Common Stock, an increase of approximately 2% over the 2025 Interim Dividend of $0.115 per share (as adjusted for the Company’s 5-for-1 share consolidation effective October 2, 2025).

The Interim Dividend equates to an aggregate amount, based on the current number of outstanding shares of the Company’s Common Stock, of approximately $3.6 million (2025 Interim Dividend: approximately $2.9 million), payable to the holders of record of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s Common Stock as of the close of business on the record date, September 25, 2026. The ex-dividend date for shares of the Company’s Common Stock traded on Nasdaq and on AIM is September 25, 2026. The Interim Dividend will be paid no later than October 23, 2026.

The Interim Dividend is consistent with the Company’s dividend policy of paying out up to 30% of Adjusted Net Income, and with the Group’s intention to pay approximately one-third of the expected total dividend for the year as an Interim Dividend. The dividend reflects the Group’s balanced approach to capital allocation, returning cash to stockholders while retaining the flexibility to pursue accretive acquisitions. The Company expects to continue to pay dividends on a semiannual basis; the declaration, timing and amount of any future dividends remain subject to the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
