PolyPlank AB: Rättelse av inkomstdeklaration. Uppstart på nya året.

PolyPlank har efter en utredning kommit fram till att bolagets outnyttjade underskott från tidigare år har reducerats beroende på ägarförändringar som skett under 2018. Rättelse av inkomstdeklarationen för 2018 är beslutad. Rättelsen påverkar inte skattekostnaden eller likviditeten för innevarande år. Kvarvarande underskott uppgår till 74,3 MSEK och kan endast nyttjas mot kommande överskott.Genom nyemissionen som avslutades vid årsskiftet har huvudägaren tekn.dr Leif Jilkén via bolag (Stångåkonsult i Kalmar HB och LEJ Fastigheter AB) ökat sitt ägande till ca 58,8 procent.
