NEWTON, N.C., Nov. 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina, Inc., Newton, NC (Nasdaq: PEBK) declared the Company’s regular cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019 in the amount of $0.14 per share.  The fourth quarter cash dividend will be paid on December 16, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 3, 2019.
