Paziņojums par obligāto akciju atpirkšanas piedāvājumu

Ar 2021. gada 13. aprīlī Finanšu un kapitāla tirgus komisijas pieņemto lēmumu Duke I S.à r.l. (Luksemburgas Lielhercogistes Uzņēmumu un komercreģistrā ierakstīta privāta kapitālsabiedrība reģistrācijas Nr. B247170, juridiskā adrese: 11-13 Boulevard de la Foire, L-1528 Luksemburga, Luksemburgas Lielhercogiste) ir atļauts izteikt akciju sabiedrības „VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA” (reģistrācijas numurs 40003031676, juridiskā adrese Cempu iela 13, Valmiera, LV-4201, Latvija) obligāto akciju atpirkšanas piedāvājumu saskaņā ar Finanšu instrumentu tirgus likuma 66. panta 4. daļas 1. un 2. punktiem.

Obligātais atpirkšanas piedāvājums stāsies spēkā 2021. gada 17. aprīlī un noslēgsies 2021. gada 17. maijā (16:00 GMT+2).
