Påvirkning af Coronavirus COVID-19

Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 4-2019/20
15. marts 2020Selskabets forventninger for regnskabsåret 2019/20, som blev offentliggjort den 29. november 2019, og var baseret på en svensk kronekurs på 0,70 DKK/SEK og følgende finansielle forventninger:
Selskabet har i den forgangne del af regnskabsåret løbende leveret resultater i overensstemmelse med de offentliggjorte forventninger, men udviklingen i kommunikationsbranchen er under pres med blandt andet økonomisk usikkerhed, som følge af udbruddet af Coronavirus COVID-19.Coronavirus COVID-19 udbruddet påvirker købsadfærden hos virksomheder og forbrugere, hvilket påvirker de kommunikationsopgaver og løsninger, som InterMail producerer. InterMail har derfor taget skridt til at reducere sin omkostningsbase. På baggrund af den store usikkerhed Coronavirus COVID-19 har skabt for kommunikationsbranchen i Danmark og Sverige samt resten af verden, og usikkerhed om situationens varighed er det på nuværende tidspunkt ikke muligt at foretage en vurdering af de økonomiske påvirkninger af Coronavirus COVID-19 for InterMail.Som angivet ovenfor, kan InterMail konstatere en påvirkning, der medfører betydelig usikkerhed med hensyn til den fremtidige kundeefterspørgsel og derfor også for opretholdelsen af forventningen for regnskabsåret 2019/20. InterMail vil følge situationen tæt og kommunikere, såfremt det står klart, at forventningen til regnskabsåret 2019/20 ikke kan opretholdes. Venlig hilsen
