Patikslinimas: „INVL Baltic Real Estate“ 2020-ųjų investuotojų kalendorius

Vadovaujantis 2020 m. balandžio 9 d. UTIB „INVL Baltic Real Estate“ (toliau gali būti vadinama Bendrove) visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo (toliau – Susirinkimas) sprendimu dėl Bendrovės savų akcijų išpirkimo dėl Bendrovės esminių dokumentų pakeitimo, 2020 m. birželio 25 d. bus skelbiama Bendrovės 2020 m. balandžio 30 d. grynųjų aktyvų vertė, pagal kurią bus išperkamos Bendrovės akcijos iš to pageidaujančių Susirinkime dėl esminių Bendrovės dokumentų pakeitimų nebalsavusių Bendrovės akcininkų.UTIB „INVL Baltic Real Estate“ 2020 metais informaciją investuotojams planuoja skelbti tokia tvarka:
2020 m. kovo 18 d. – audituotos finansinės ataskaitos ir metinis pranešimas;
2020 m. balandžio 30 d. – grynųjų aktyvų vertė ir 2020 m. 3 mėnesių pagrindinių duomenų santrauka;
2020 m. birželio 25 d. – 2020 m. balandžio 30 d. grynųjų aktyvų vertė
2020 m. rugpjūčio 21 d. – grynųjų aktyvų vertė ir 2020 m. pusmečio ataskaita;
2020 m. spalio 30 d. – grynųjų aktyvų vertė ir 2020 m. 9 mėnesių pagrindinių duomenų santrauka.Asmuo, įgaliotas suteikti papildomą informaciją:
