Ovaron syyskuun kuukausiraportti – vuokrausaste nousi 92,47 %:iinOvaron asuntomyynti ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausasteOvaron strategiana on omistaa ja kehittää vuokraukseen hyvin sopivia kiinteistöjä (Ydintoiminta) sekä 2019 – 2021 aikana luopua omistusasumiseen soveltuvista asunnoista (Muu toiminta). Ovaro julkaisee kuukausittain Muun toiminnan myyntitiedot ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausasteen. Syyskuussa 2020 yhtiö myi 12 asuntoa velattomilta hinnoiltaan 2,6 M€ (2,5 M€ 9/2019). Tämän vuoden aikana (1.1.2020-30.9.2020) yhtiön on myynyt yhteensä 92 asuntoa, joiden yhteisarvo oli 19,8 M€.Vuokrauksen neliöpohjainen vuokrausaste oli 92,47 % (87,8 % 9/2019).Toimitusjohtaja Marko Huttunen:”Vuokrausaste on saatu aktiivisen kehitystoiminnan kautta nostettua. Vuokrausaste oli syyskuussa 92,47%. Vuokrausaste näyttäisi vakiintuvan 90 %:n paremmalle puolelle. Huoneistoremonteilla Ovaron asuntokantaa kehitetään kilpailukykyisemmäksi, jotta vuokralaisia olisi helpompi saada. Viime kuukaudet ovat osoittaneet, että edulliset vuokra-asunnot maakuntakohteissa kiinnostavat ja menevät vuokralle.””Vaihtuvuus Ovaron kohteissa on pienentynyt. Meistä on tärkeää panostaa asiakkaiden viihtyvyyteen ja arjen sujuvuuteen. Selvitämme muun muassa, miten etätyöpisteitä voisi saada taloyhtiöiden yleisiin tiloihin.””Ovaron asuntojen myynti on sujunut koronapandemian epävarmuudesta huolimatta. Syyskuussa kauppa kävi hyvin ja myimme 2,6 miljoonan euron arvosta asuntoja.
