Ovaron sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman korotus ja sitä vastaava osakepääoman alennus toteutettu

Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj Muut pörssin sääntöjen nojalla julkistettavat tiedotPörssitiedote 30.12.2019 klo 16.45Ovaron sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman korotus ja sitä vastaava osakepääoman alennus toteutettuOvaron ylimääräisen yhtiökokouksen 11.9.2019 tekemä päätös alentaa yhtiön osakepääoma 72 130 830 eurosta 24 000 000 euroon on tänään astunut voimaan rekisterimerkinnällä, samoin kuin sitä vastaava 48 130 830 euron suuruinen korotus sijoitutun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon. Tehdyllä oman pääoman eri erien välisellä järjestelyllä ei ole vaikutusta yhtiön oman pääoman määrään, omavaraisuusasteeseen eikä keskeisiin tunnuslukuihin.Hallituksen puheenjohtaja Petri Roininen:’’Toteutettu muutos joustavoittaa yhtiön oman pääoman rakennetta ja nostaa selvästi sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman määrää. Tehtävä järjestely luo osaltaan edellytyksiä sille, että yhtiö voi halutessaan ja erillisillä päätöksillä jatkaa omien osakkeiden osto-ohjelmaa sekä jakaa osinkoja.Järjestelyllä ei ole vaikutusta yhtiön oman pääoman määrään, rahoitusehtoihin tai omavaraisuusasteeseen, joka oli 43,3 % osavuosikatsauksessa Q3 2019.’’Helsinki 30.12.2019Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj Lisätiedot:
