Ovaron maaliskuun kuukausiraportti – vuokrasalkun vuokrausaste oli 94,04 %

Ovaron asuntomyynnit ja Vuokrasalkun vuokrausaste

Ovaro siirtyy strategiapäivityksen mukaisesti saneerausvaiheesta aktiiviseen kiinteistösijoitusten hoitoon sekä hankekehitykseen. Ovaro tarkastelee aktiivisesti omistuksiaan ja luopuu kohteista, joille yhtiö ei näe riittävää tuottopotentiaalia.

Ovaro julkaisee kuukausittain Vuokrasalkun vuokrausasteen sekä tiedot asuntojen myyntimääristä.
Maaliskuussa 2021 yhtiö myi 12 asuntoa velattomilta hinnoiltaan 2,2 M€ (1,6 M€, 2020). Alkuvuodesta yhtiö on myynyt yhteensä 54 asuntoa velattomilta hinnoiltaan 7,9 M€.

”Vuokra-asuntomarkkinoilla on nyt vuokralaisen markkinat. Asuntosijoittamisen buumi ja osin Koronapandemia ovat kasvattanut vuokra-asuntojen määrää suurissa ja keskisuurissa kaupungeissa. Kilpailu vuokralaisista on kiristynyt ja asuntosijoittajat, jotka panostavat asuntojensa laatuun ja markkinointiin pärjäävät markkinassa parhaiten. ”
”Ovaron vuokrausaste on kehittynyt kilpailutilanteesta huolimatta hyvin ja nyt lähestyy 95 prosentin tavoitetta, vaikka maaliskuussa vuokrausaste hiukan laski. Tilaville ja kohtuuhintaisille lähiöasunnoille on kysyntää ja Ovaro jatkaa asuntojen aktiivista markkinointia sekä panostuksia asuntojen laatutasoon. Asuntokauppa kävi suunnitelman mukaisesti ”
