Ovaron heinäkuun kuukausiraporttiOvaron asuntomyynti ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausaste heinäkuussa Ovaron strategiana on omistaa ja kehittää vuokraukseen hyvin sopivia kiinteistöjä (Ydintoiminta) sekä 2019 – 2021 aikana luopua omistusasumiseen soveltuvista asunnoista (Muu toiminta). Ovaro julkaisee kuukausittain Muun toiminnan myyntitiedot ja Ydintoiminnan vuokrausasteen. Heinäkuussa 2020 yhtiö myi 9 asuntoa velattomilta hinnoiltaan 1,9 M€ (1,3 M€ 7/2019). Tämän vuoden aikana (1.1.2020-31.7.2020) yhtiön on myynyt yhteensä 66 asuntoa, joiden yhteisarvo oli 14,15 M€.Vuokrauksen neliöpohjainen vuokrausaste oli 89,3 % (85,6 % 7/2019).”Vuokrausaste tippui hieman edellisen kuukauden tasosta, joka oli 90,4%. Suuri määrä remontissa olleista asunnoista valmistui yhdellä kertaa vuokrattavaksi heinäkuussa ja keskikesällä asuntoja usein vapautuu enemmän kuin täyttyy. Koronapandemia on vahvistanut vuokra-asuntojen trendinomaista suosion kasvua. Kysyntä on ollut erityisen vahvaa edullisissa perheasunnoissa ja kohdistuu lähiöihin, kaupunkikeskustojen ulkopuolelle.
Asuntojen myynti sujui myös hyvin vuoden takaiseen verrattuna. Koronakriisin helpottaessa asiakkaat lähtivät liikkeelle ja kauppoja syntyi myös pidempään myynnissä olleista kohteista.
