Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus ja POP Pankki yhteistyöhönOvaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj laajentaa rahoituspohjaa ja käynnistää yhteistyön POP Pankki ryhmään kuuluvan Reisjärven Osuuspankin kanssa. Ensimmäisessä vaiheessa pankki on myöntänyt noin kahden miljoonan euron kiinteistövakuudellisen luoton. Uusi luotto on olemassa olevia rahoituksia edullisempi.”Ovaro julkisti joulukuussa strategian päivityksen vuosille 2021–2023. Siinä yhtenä tavoitteena on rahoituksen uudelleenjärjestäminen. POP Pankin ensimmäisen luoton myötä Ovaro pystyy lyhentämään korkeakorkoisia lainojaan ja pienentämään rahoituskulujaan. Näistä lähtökohdista on voimme hyvin suunnitella uusia kiinteistöhankkeita”, sanoo Ovaron toimitusjohtaja Marko Huttunen.”POP Pankki tekee mielellään yhteistyötä kasvuhakuisten ja vakavaraisten yhtiöiden kanssa. Jatkamme mielellämme keskusteluja asiakkuuden laajentamisesta lähitulevaisuudessa”, kertoo POP Pankki Reisjärven asiakkuusjohtaja Juha-Matti Kujala.Ovaron rahoituspohja kostuu noin 30 miljoonan euron emoyhtiölainoista ja noin 20 miljoonan taloyhtiölainoista. Viimeisen kahden vuoden aikana lainoja on lyhennetty lähes 50 miljoonalla eurolla. Yhtiö ilmoitti strategiapäivityksen yhteydessä siirtyvänsä aktiiviseen kiinteistöjen hoitoon ja hankekehitykseen. Ovaron tavoitteena on lähiaikoina käynnistää sekä uusia kiinteistöhankkeita että nykyisen kiinteistökannan modernisointeja, jotka voivat vaatia uutta rahoitusta.
