Outotecin taloudelliset tiedotteet vuonna 2020Outotec Oyj julkaisee vuoden 2020 aikana seuraavat taloudelliset tiedotteet:Tilinpäätöstiedote vuodelta 2019: 6.2.2020Vuoden 2019 tilinpäätös: viikolla 7Osavuosikatsaus tammi-maaliskuulta 2020: 7.5.2020Puolivuosikatsaus tammi-kesäkuulta 2020: 5.8.2020Outotec Oyj:n varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi 11.3.2020. Outotecin hallitus kutsuu yhtiökokouksen koolle erikseen pörssitiedotteella myöhemmin.Outotec tiedotti 4.7.2019, että sen hallitus on hyväksynyt suunnitelman yhdistää Outotec ja Metso Minerals -liiketoiminnan uudeksi yhtiöksi nimeltään Metso Outotec. Transaktio toteutetaan Metson osittaisjakautumisella siten, että kaikki pääasiassa Metso Mineralsin liiketoimintaan liittyvät varat ja vastuut siirtyvät Outotecille.Järjestely on tarkoitus saattaa päätökseen vuoden 2020 toisen neljänneksen aikana, ja se on ehdollinen kaikkien lakisääteisten ja muiden hyväksyntöjen saamiselle. Metson ja Outotecin ylimääräiset yhtiökokoukset ovat hyväksyneet suunnitelman kokouksissaan 29.10.2019.  Metso Outotecin taloudellisesta aikataulusta loppuvuodelle 2020 tiedotetaan erikseen myöhemmin.
