         Orion Oyj:n osakkeiden mitätöinti merkitty kaupparekisteriinOrion Oyj:n 63 650 A-osakkeen ja 59 900 B-osakkeen mitätöinti on tänään 25.6.2020 merkitty kaupparekisteriin. Mitätöinti pienentää Orionin A- ja B-osakkeiden lukumääriä vastaavilla määrillä, mutta ei vaikuta yhtiön osakepääomaan. Orion Oyj:n hallitus päätti osakkeiden mitätöinnistä 15.6.2020.Osakkeiden mitätöinnin jälkeen Orion Oyj:n osakkeiden kokonaismäärä on 141 134 278, joista A-osakkeita on 35 443 475 ja B-osakkeita 105 690 803. Yhtiön osakkeiden tuottama äänimäärä on yhteensä 814 560 303, ja Orionin hallussa on yhteensä 671 082 yhtiön omaa B-osaketta.
