         Orion Oyj on päättänyt yhteistilillä olevien osakkeiden mitätöinnistäOrion Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt mitätöidä yhtiön yhteistilillä olevat 63 650 Orion Oyj:n A-osaketta ja 59 900 Orion Oyj:n B-osaketta, jotka ovat Orion Oyj:n varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 6.5.2020 tekemän yhteistilillä olevien Orion Oyj:n osakkeiden menettämistä koskevan päätöksen mukaan siirtyneet yhtiölle. Osakkeiden mitätöinti ei vaikuta yhtiön osakepääomaan. Osakkeiden mitätöinti tullaan ilmoittamaan kaupparekisteriin ja osakkeet on mitätöity, kun ilmoitus on rekisteröity.Osakkeiden mitätöinnin jälkeen Orion Oyj:n osakkeiden kokonaismäärä tulee olemaan 141 134 278, joista A-osakkeita on 35 443 475 ja B-osakkeita 105 690 803. Yhtiön osakkeiden tuottama äänimäärä tulee olemaan yhteensä 814 560 303, ja Orionin hallussa tulee olemaan yhteensä 671 082 yhtiön omaa B-osaketta.
