Liikevaihto oli 1 078 miljoonaa euroa (1 051 miljoonaa euroa vuonna 2019).Liikevoitto oli 280 (253) miljoonaa euroa.Liikevaihto ja liikevoitto sisältävät yhteensä 42 (51) miljoonaa euroa etappimaksuja.Voitto ennen veroja oli 278 (251) miljoonaa euroa.Omavaraisuusaste oli 67 % (77 %).Sijoitetun pääoman tuotto ennen veroja oli 35 % (30 %).Oman pääoman tuotto verojen jälkeen oli 29 % (26 %).Laimentamaton osakekohtainen tulos oli 1,56 (1,43) euroaOsakekohtainen rahavirta ennen rahoituseriä oli 1,85 (1,68) euroa.Hallitus ehdottaa, että osinkoa jaetaan 1,50 (1,50) euroa osaketta kohden.Orion arvioi, että vuoden 2021 liikevaihto laskee hieman vuodesta 2020 (liikevaihto vuonna 2020 oli 1 078 miljoonaa euroa). Liikevoiton arvioidaan laskevan tai laskevan selvästi vuodesta 2020 (liikevoitto vuonna 2020 oli 280 miljoonaa euroa).
