Origo hf. – Reglubundin tilkynning um kaup á eigin bréfum í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun

Reykjakvík, 11. nóvember 2019Origo hf. (ORIGO) keypti í  vikunni alls 1.423.100 eigin hluti fyrir kr. 35.065.815 eins og hér segir:Er hér um að ræða kaup félagsins á eigin hlutum í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun félagsins sem samþykkt  var af stjórn félagsins sbr. tilkynningu til Kauphallar 31.október sl.Origo hefur nú keypt samtals 1.423.100  hluti, sem samsvarar 12,39% af þeim eigin hlutum sem að hámarki verða keyptir samkvæmt áætluninni. Kaupverð hinna keyptu hluta nemur samtals kr. 35.065.815. Origo á nú samtals 3,18% af heildarhlutafé félagsins sem er 459.600.000 en fyrir átti félagið 13.173.818 hluti.Samkvæmt endurkaupaáætluninni verða að hámarki keyptir 11.490.000 hlutir og fjárhæð endurkaupanna verður aldrei meiri en kr. 300.000.000. Heimildin gildir til 10. febrúar 2020. Framkvæmd endurkaupaáætlunar og tilkynningar um viðskipti með eigin bréf verða í samræmi við lög um hlutafélög nr. 2/1995 og viðauka við reglugerð nr. 630/2005.Nánari upplýsingar
