Nykredit Realkredit A/S – ordinær generalforsamling 2021

På Nykredit Realkredits ordinære generalforsamling torsdag den 25. marts 2021 blev:

  • Årsrapporten for 2020 og forslag til resultatdisponering, herunder udbetaling af udbytte på 2.230 mio. kr. til Nykredit A/S godkendt.
  • Decharge til bestyrelse og direktion godkendt.
  • Bestyrelsens forslag til lønpolitik, vederlagsrapport og vederlag til ledelsen godkendt.
  • Preben Sunke valgt som nyt bestyrelsesmedlem. Merete Eldrup, Nina Smith, Michael Demsitz, Per W. Hallgren, Jørgen Høholt, Hans-Ole Jochumsen samt Vibeke Krag genvalgt som bestyrelsesmedlemmer. Herudover består bestyrelsen af fire medarbejderrepræsentanter: Olav Bredgaard Brusen, Allan Kristiansen, Inge Sand og Kristina Andersen Skiøld.
  • EY Godkendt Revisionspartnerselskab valgt som selskabets revisor.

Umiddelbart efter afholdelse af den ordinære generalforsamling konstituerede bestyrelsen sig ved valg af Merete Eldrup som formand samt Nina Smith som næstformand.
