Vedr.:            Opjustering af forventninger til årets resultat 2020.Selskabet har konstateret dels en bedre forretningsmæssig udvikling i 4. kvartal 2020 end forventet for alle selskabets dattervirksomheder og dels afklaring af en række af statens hjælpepakker, hhv. ”lønkompensation”, ”kompensation for faste omkostninger” og ”kompensationsordning for arrangører”, knyttet til COVID-19.Med baggrund heri opjusteres selskabets resultat forventninger for regnskabsåret 2020 således til et resultat før evt. dagsværdiregulering af investeringsejendomme og før skat i intervallet +22 mio. kr. til +24 mio. kr., mod tidligere et resultat i intervallet +15 til +20 mio. kr.Der er i resultatforventningen fortsat en usikkerhed i forhold til rækkevidden af COVID-19, idet de enkelte kompensationsansøgninger endnu ikke er færdigbehandlet af Erhvervsstyrelsen.Kent Madsen                        Claus Christensen
