On 11th December 2019 the Board of AB Amber Grid (legal entity code 303090867, office address Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) made the decision on conclusion of the agreement for the construction of gas interconnection between Poland and Lithuania (GIPL) works and the approval of its essential terms and d e c i d e d to append agenda of the 23th December 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders and approve proposed draft decision:1. Extract from 11th December 2019 decision of the Board of AB Amber Grid.
