Omni-Lite Industries Announces Option Grant
CERRITOS, Calif., Nov. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: OML; OTCQX: OLNCF) announces the grant of 575,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company. The options were granted pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan, which received shareholder approval at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on October 30, 2019. The options were granted at the exercise price of $0.90 per share, which was the closing price on Friday’s date. The options will vest over three years, expire after a five-year period and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange requirements.
