AS Ekspress Grupp teatab muudatusest olulist osalust omavate aktsionäride struktuuris.28.12.2020 informeeris OÜ HHL Rühm ASi Ekspress Grupp, et hiljutiste tehingute tulemusel tõuseb Hans Luige kaudne osalus ASis Ekspress Grupp kokku 60,28%ni. Perioodil 22.-28. detsembrini 2020 on OÜ HHL Rühm omandanud 1 096 475 Ekspress Grupi aktsiat.Peale 28.12.2020 toimunud tehingut kuulub OÜ-le HHL Rühm 34,42% (10 599 525 aktsiat) ja Hans Luigele 25,86% (7 963 307 aktsiat) ASi Ekspress Grupp aktsiatest.Signe Kukin
