TREDJE KVARTALET (JULI-SEPTEMBER 2019)Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 109,1 (116,6) MSEK exklusive avyttrade verksamheter, en minskning med 6 procent jämfört med samma period föregående år.Rörelseresultat före avskrivningar (EBITDA) uppgick till 22,1 (3,4) MSEK exklusive avyttrade verksamheter.Rörelseresultat (EBIT) uppgick till 17,9 (0,3) MSEK exklusive avyttrade verksamheter.Rörelsemarginalen uppgick till 13,9 (0,3) procent exklusive avyttrade verksamheter.Periodens nettoresultat inklusive avvecklade verksamheter uppgick till 8,3 (-5,4) MSEK.Resultat per aktie inklusive avvecklade verksamheter uppgick till 0,36 (-0,24) SEK.FÖRSTA-TREDJE KVARTALET (JANUARI-SEPTEMBER 2019)Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 376,7 (390,4) MSEK exklusive avyttrade verksamheter, en minskning med 4 procent jämfört med samma period föregående år.Rörelseresultat före avskrivningar (EBITDA) uppgick till 37,4 (12,9) MSEK exklusive avyttrade verksamheter.Rörelseresultat (EBIT) uppgick till 24,5 (3,9) MSEK exklusive avyttrade verksamheter.Rörelsemarginalen uppgick till 6,2 (1,0) procent exklusive avyttrade verksamheter.Periodens nettoresultat inklusive avvecklade verksamheter uppgick till 13,5 (-7,2) MSEK.Resultat per aktie inklusive avvecklade verksamheter uppgick till 0,59 (-0,31) SEK.VÄSENTLIGA HÄNDELSER UNDER TREDJE KVARTALET (JULI-SEPTEMBER 2019)Oboya Horticulture har sålt en av produktionsfastigheterna i Kina och frigör 38,4 MSEK.Oboya Horticultures har under kvartalet erhållit flera viktiga order från kunder.Oboyas styrelseordförande Lars Rosén har avgått p.g.a. hälsoskäl.Oboya Horticulture Industries AB avhöll extra bolagsstämma den 15 augusti 2019. Stämman bemyndigande styrelsen att fatta beslut om emissioner enligt förslag i kallelsen.Oboya Horicultures huvudägare Robert Wu har omvandlat samtliga sina A-aktier till B-aktier.VÄSENTLIGA HÄNDELSER EFTER PERIODENS UTGÅNGOboya genomför företrädesemission om 41,2 MSEK samt tidigarelägger delårsrapporten för Q3 2019.STRATEGISKA MÅL OCH UTSIKTER FÖR FRAMTIDENOboya Horticultures strategi och fokus för kommande år är att uppnå uthållig lönsamhet baserad på organisk tillväxt framför företagsförvärv. Tidigare kommunicerat omsättningsmål om 1 000 MSEK till år 2022 kvarstår. Bolagets övriga finansiella mål gäller också oförändrat, inklusive en nettomarginal på 5–7 procent.Oboya Horticultures orderingång och efterfrågan är fortsatt positiv på samtliga marknader.  Bolaget bedömer att man kommer att visa en positiv resultatutveckling under innevarande verksamhetsår.
