Nytt datum för årsstämma och uppdaterad finansiell kalender i Formpipe Software AB (publ)

Styrelsen i Formpipe Software AB (publ) har, till följd av osäkerheten som uppstått på grund av spridning av coronaviruset covid-19, fattat beslut om att skjuta upp årsstämman till tisdagen den 30 juni 2020 kl. 10.00.Formpipe har en affärsmodell med stor andel repetitiva intäkter och starkt kassaflöde, vilket ligger till grund för Styrelsens förslag till utdelning för 2019. På grund av omvärldsutvecklingen är det i dagsläget svårt att bedöma vilka de ekonomiska konsekvenserna blir.
