Nyrstar publiceert de oproeping voor een algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering te houden op 24 september 2020

Gereglementeerde InformatieNyrstar publiceert de oproeping voor een algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering te houden op 24 september 202025 augustus 2020 om 07.00 CESTNyrstar NV (de “Vennootschap”) heeft vandaag de houders van door de Vennootschap uitgegeven aandelen uitgenodigd om op 24 september 2020 een algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering bij te wonen om BDO Bedrijfsrevisoren CVBA aan te stellen als commissaris van de Vennootschap. De algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering zal aanvangen om 11:00 uur CEST te BluePoint, Filip Williotstraat 9, 2600 Antwerpen, België.In het licht van de Covid-19 pandemie, worden aandeelhouders sterk aangemoedigd om hun stem voorafgaand aan de vergadering uit te brengen via stemming per brief of om hun stem uit te brengen bij volmacht. Stemformulieren en volmachtformulieren worden ter beschikking gesteld van de aandeelhouders op de website van de Vennootschap en kunnen worden verzonden naar de Vennootschap overeenkomstig de instructies die verder in de oproeping tot de vergadering zijn aangegeven. Deze documenten moeten de Vennootschap uiterlijk op de zesde kalenderdag vóór de datum van de algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering bereiken, met name vóór of ten laatste op 18 september 2020.De volledige oproeping met de agenda, het voorgestelde besluit en toelichting kunnen worden geraadpleegd op de website van Nyrstar.Over Nyrstar
