Gereglementeerde InformatieNyrstar: Buitengewone Algemene Aandeelhoudersvergadering van Nyrstar NV te houden op 9 december 20198 november 2019 om 07.00 CETNyrstar NV (de “Vennootschap”) nodigde vandaag de houders van aandelen uitgegeven door de Vennootschap uit om op 9 december 2019 een buitengewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering (de “Tweede BAV”) bij te wonen, om te beraadslagen over de punten op de agenda van de buitengewone algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering gehouden op 5 november 2019 (“Eerste BAV”), aangezien het aanwezigheidsquorum vereist voor de punten op de agenda van de Eerste BAV werd niet bereikt. De Tweede BAV zal starten om 13u00 CET, te BluePoint, Filip Williostraat 9, 2600 Antwerpen.De volledige oproeping met inbegrip van de agenda, voorstellen tot besluit en toelichting kan worden geraadpleegd op de website van Nyrstar: https://www.nyrstar.be/nl/investors/share-and-bondholder-information/shareholder-meetings.Over Nyrstar
