(“NXT” or the “Company”) (TSX:SFD; OTC QB:NSFDF) announces it will release its 2021 financial and operating results for the year ended December 31, 2021, on Thursday, March 31, 2022 after market close. A conference call to discuss the 2021 financial and operating results will be held on Monday April 4, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (2:30 p.m. Mountain Time).  

The timing of the release of the 2021 financial and operating results is still within the filing deadline of March 31, 2022.
