Aarhus, den 25. juni 2020NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/SMeddelelse nr. 03 /2020AGF A/S – nedjustering af forventningerne til årets resultatI Fondsbørsmeddelelse nr. 2/2020 pr. 8. april 2020 meddelte AGF A/S, at forventningerne til årets resultat var suspenderet som en konsekvens af COVID-19-pandemien, der blandt andet resulterede i en forlængelse af 3F Superliga-sæsonen ud over regnskabsårets afslutning og aflysninger af større arrangementer i Ceres Park & Arena.Trods indfrielse af den økonomiske forudsætning om en plads i top-8 i 3F Superligaen har restriktionerne for større forsamlinger og som følge heraf et lavere aktivitetsniveau haft negativ indvirkning på regnskabsårets 4. kvartal. Der er fortsat usikkerhed omkring effekten af COVID-19, omfanget af de tilhørende kompensationspakker og den resultatmæssige påvirkning heraf, men for regnskabsåret 2019/20 forventer AGF A/S et positivt resultat før skat på mellem 5 til 10 mio. kr. Nedjusteringen er i alt væsentlighed foranlediget af forskydningen af turneringsafviklingen i 3F Superligaen ind i det kommende regnskabsår og heraf tilhørende forskydning i indtægtsførelsen.De hidtidige forventninger, der blev meldt ud i Fondsbørsmeddelelse nr. 01/2020 pr. 20. februar, var et positivt resultat før skat på mellem 10 og 15 mio. kr.For yderligere oplysninger, kontakt bestyrelsesformand Lars Fournais på tlf. 2010-3700 eller administrerende direktør Jacob Nielsen på tlf. 2274-8685. Med venlig hilsenAGF A/S
