Solar A/S skal hermed i henhold til Kapitalmarkedslovens § 30 meddele, at Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker A/S har meddelt Solar, at Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker A/S ved salg af aktier den 14. november 2019 ikke længere ejer 5% eller mere af aktiekapitalen i Solar A/S.
