Solar A/S skal hermed i henhold til Kapitalmarkedslovens § 30 meddele, at RWC Asset Management LLP har meddelt Solar, at RWC Asset Management LLP efter salg af aktier den 1. juli 2020 har en beholdning på 1.085.230 stk. B-aktier á DKK 100 i Solar, svarende til en ejerandel på 14,745%.
