Norsk Hydro: Nytt styremedlem

Bedriftsforsamlingen i Norsk Hydro ASA har i møte torsdag 10. september valgt Ellen Merete Olstad som ny ansattrepresentant i styret i Norsk Hydro ASA med virkning fra 10. september 2020, for en periode frem til nytt valg av ansatterepresentanter i 2022.  Olstad erstatter Svein Kåre Sund som en av tre ansattrepresentanter. Sten Roar Martinsen og Arve Baade ble gjenvalgt for en periode frem til nytt valg av ansatterepresentanter i 2022.Etter torsdagens valg består Hydros styre av styreleder Dag Mejdell, nestleder Irene Rummelhoff, Rune Bjerke, Thomas Schulz, Liselott Kilaas, Marianne Wiinholt, Peter Kukielski og de ansattevalgte styremedlemmene Sten Roar Martinsen, Arve Baade og Ellen Merete Olstad.Investorkontakt:
