Norsk Hydro: Investormøter og mulig utstedelse av obligasjonslån

Norsk Hydro ASA, med BBB (stable) rating fra S&P og Baa3 (negative) rating fra Moody’s, har gitt mandat til Danske Bank, DNB Markets og SEB til å arrangere telefonmøter med obligasjonsinvestorer 5. og 6. mai 2020. Avhengig av rådende markedsforhold vil utstedelse av usikrede obligasjoner med løpetider på minimum 2 år i NOK og/eller SEK, med fast og/eller flytende rente og med forventet benchmark totalstørrelse, kunne følge. Formålet med den mulige utstedelsen vil være generelle selskapsformål, inkludert refinansiering av gjeld.Norsk Hydro ASA vil i forbindelse med det nye låneopptaket vurdere tilbakekjøp av hele eller deler av utestående volum i obligasjonslånet på SEK 1 milliard som forfaller 9. november 2020 (NHY09, ISIN NO 0010809668).For ytterligere informasjon, vennligst kontakt:Investorkontakter
