NORDIC ID OYJ:N OSAKKEITA MERKITTY OPTIOILLA

NORDIC ID OYJYHTIÖTIEDOTE 28.2.2020 KELLO 14:55Nordic ID Oyj:n 2019A-optio-oikeuksilla on merkitty yhteensä 57 500 Yhtiön uutta osaketta. Uudet osakkeet on merkitty kaupparekisteriin 27.2.2020, minkä jälkeen ne tuottavat samat oikeudet kuin yhtiön olemassa olevat osakkeet. Uudet osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n ylläpitämällä Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalla yhdessä yhtiön vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa arviolta 4.3.2020.
Uusien osakkeiden yhteenlaskettu merkintähinta 66 930 euroa kirjataan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon, eikä yhtiön osakepääomaa koroteta. Osakemerkintöjen seurauksena Nordic ID Oyj:n osakkeiden lukumäärä on noussut 2 235 259 osakkeeseen.
