NORDIC ID OYJ ON MENESTYKSEKKÄÄSTI SAATTANUT PÄÄTÖKSEEN RAHOITUSNEUVOTTELUT ULKOISESTA KÄYTTÖPÄÄOMASTA

NORDIC ID OYJYHTIÖTIEDOTE 22.07.2020 KELLO 08:15Nordic ID Oyj on saattanut päätökseen rahoitusneuvottelut käyttöpääoman vahvistamiseksi. Rahoitusjärjestelyt parantavat yhtiön likviditeettiä ja pienentävät liiketaloudellista riskiä. Yhtiö tiedotti 8.4.2020 rahoitusneuvotteluiden kariutumisesta.
Toimitusjohtaja Juuso Lehmuskoski kommentoi:”Onnistuneet rahoitusneuvottelut ja suunnattu osakeanti vahvistavat yhtiön asemaa ja luovat siltaa tulevaisuuteen. Palveluliiketoiminnan sopimusten luonne rasittaa alkuvaiheessa yhtiön kassavirtaa ja siksi yhtiölle on ollut tärkeätä löytää oikeanlaiset rahoitusmekanismit tukemaan kasvua. Sopimus uuden rahoituskumppanin kanssa tukee liiketoimintaa ja kykyä toteuttaa kansainvälisiä palveluratkaisuja. Yhtiön strategiana on tarjota kuukausimaksullisia tuotevirtojen ja tuotteiden seurantapalveluita kohdeasiakkaillemme perinteisen laiteliiketoiminnan rinnalla.”Nordic ID Oyj:n entisen toimitusjohtajan, Juha Reiman, rooli yhtiön neuvonantajana on päättynyt. Reima jätti yhtiön 15.7.2020.
