 NORDIC ID OYJYHTIÖTIEDOTE 27.11.2019 KELLO 15:45Nordic ID Oyj:n hallitus päätti 30.10.2019 suunnatusta maksullisesta osakeannista nimetyille avainhenkilöilleen osana johdon kannustinjärjestelmää ja johdon sitouttamista. Yhtiö on myynyt 27.11.2019 yhteensä 8.474 kappaletta Yhtiön osaketta johtoryhmän avainhenkilölle.Osakkeiden myyntihinta on 2,95 euroa osakkeelta ja yhteensä 24 998,30 euroa. Osakemyynnin jälkeen Nordic ID Oyj:n hallussa on 71.921 omaa osaketta.Osakkeiden myyminen perustuu varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 20.3.2019 hallitukselle antamaan valtuutukseen.
