Nordic Fibreboard AS ( väärtpaberi lühinimi SKN1T, ISIN kood ISIN EE3100092503) fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja aktsiakapitali vähendamiseks 10.07.2020 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga.Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutmise päev ( ex-päev) 09.07.2020Nordic Fibreboard AS aktsiate nominaalväärtus muudetakse 0,60 eurolt 0,06 eurole. Nordic Fibreboard AS aktsiakapitali vähendatakse 2 429 492,94 euro võrra, aktsiakapitali uueks suuruseks pärast aktsiakapitali vähendamist ja aktsiate nominaalväärtuse muutmist on 269 943,66 eurot, mis jaguneb 4 499 061 aktsiaks nominaalväärtusega 0,06 eurot aktsia.
