Niðurstöður aðalfundar Sláturfélags Suðurlands svf.

Aðalfundur Sláturfélags Suðurlands var haldinn föstudaginn 21. mars 2025 kl. 15:00 að Goðalandi, Fljótshlíð.

1. Ársreikningur
Aðalfundur samþykkti ársreikning félagsins vegna ársins 2024.

2. Tillaga stjórnar um vexti af stofnsjóði og greiðslu arðs samþykkt
Stjórn Sláturfélags Suðurlands svf. leggur til við aðalfund að greiddur verði 14,77% arður af B-deild stofnsjóðs, þar af er verðbótaþáttur 4,77% skv. 1. mgr. 14. gr. samþykkta félagsins, alls kr. 29.530.179,- eða 0,1477 kr. á hvern útgefin hlut. Jafnframt að reiknaðir verði 14,77% vextir á höfuðstól inneigna í A-deild stofnsjóðs, alls kr. 64.063.952,- Arðleysisdagur er 24. mars og arðréttindadagur er 25. mars. Greiðsludagur arðs er 28. mars n.k.
