Nexstim Plc cancels its Annual General Meeting scheduled for 14 April 2020 and will convene a new meeting

Company announcement, inside information, Helsinki, 9 April 2020 at 3 PM (EET)Nexstim Plc (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (“Nexstim” or “Company”) announces that due to the corona outbreak with the related meeting and other restrictions imposed by the Finnish authorities, as well as a technical issue in the AGM invitation, the Board of Directors of Nexstim Plc has decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 14 April 2020. A new notice to the Annual General Meeting will be published as soon as practically possible.
