Nexstim Oyj: Optio-ohjelmien ja warranttien ehtojen muuttaminen

Yhtiötiedote, sisäpiiritieto, Helsinki, 10.6.2020 klo 20.30 (EEST)Nexstim Oyj: Optio-ohjelmien ja warranttien ehtojen muuttaminenNexstim Oyj:n (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (”Nexstim” tai ”Yhtiö”) on toteuttanut 25.5.2020 Ruotsissa ja 27.5.2020 Suomessa päättyneen merkintäoikeusannin (”Osakeanti”) ja hallitus on tänään 10.6.2020 päättänyt alentaa Yhtiön voimassa olevia optio-ohjelmien 2016B-C, 2017 ja 2018A-B sekä Yhtiön voimassa olevien warrantteja koskevien sopimusten eli osakkeisiin oikeuttavien erityisten oikeuksien osakekohtaisia merkintähintoja.Optio-ohjelmien ja warrant-sopimusten ehtojen mukaisesti osakekohtaisia merkintähintoja muutetaan siten, että näiden oikeuksien haltijoiden hallussa olevien optio-oikeuksien tai warranttien Osakeannin jälkeiset suhteelliset merkintähinnat pysyvät muuttumattomina. Nexstimin NBS-laitteisto on ainoa FDA:n hyväksymä ja CE-merkitty navigoiva TMS-laitteisto liikeaivokuoren ja aivojen puhealueiden leikkausta edeltävää kartoitusta varten.
