Nexstim Oyj on antanut optio-oikeuksia yhtiön toimitusjohtajalle ja muille johtoryhmän jäsenille

Nexstim Oyj (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (”Nexstim” tai ”Yhtiö”) ilmoittaa, että liittyen 10.6.2020 julkistettuun optio-ohjelmaan 2020 Nexstimin hallitus on päättänyt antaa yhteensä 8 386 667 optio-oikeutta Yhtiön toimitusjohtajalle, jotka oikeuttavat merkitsemään enintään yhteensä 8 386 667 Nexstimin uutta osaketta 10.6.2020 hyväksyttyjen optio-oikeuksien ehtojen mukaisesti.
