Nexstim Oyj mitätöi yhtiön hallussa olevia optio-oikeuksia

Yhtiötiedote, Helsinki, 15.12.2020 klo 18.30 (EET)Nexstim Oyj mitätöi yhtiön hallussa olevia optio-oikeuksiaNexstim Plc (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (jäljempänä Nexstim tai Yhtiö) ilmoittaa että sen hallitus on päättänyt kokouksessaan 15.12.2020 mitätöidä Yhtiön hallussa olevia ja työsuhteiden päättymisten myötä haltuunsa tulleita optio-oikeuksia 2016B yhteensä 3 108 kpl; optio-oikeuksia 2016C yhteensä 65 827 kpl; optio-oikeuksia 2018A yhteensä 33 888 kpl ja optio-oikeuksia 2018B yhteensä 33 888 kpl.Mitätöinnin jälkeen Yhtiön hallussa ei ole näiden optio-ohjelmien optio-oikeuksia. Nexstimin NBS-laitteisto on ainoa FDA:n hyväksymä ja CE-merkitty navigoiva TMS-laitteisto liikeaivokuoren ja aivojen puhealueiden leikkausta edeltävää kartoitusta varten.
