Företagsmeddelande, Helsingfors, 15 december 2020 kl. 18.30 (EET)Nexstim Abp annullerar teckningsoptioner i bolagets egen ägoNexstim Abp (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (”Nexstim” eller ”bolaget”) meddelar att dess styrelse har på sitt sammanträde 15 december 2020 beslutat om att annullera sammanlagt 3 108 optionsrätter 2016B, sammanlagt 65 827 optionsrätter 2016C, sammanlagt 33 888 optionsrätter 2018A och sammanlagt 33 888 optionsrätter 2018B, vilka är i bolagets egen ägo eller återgått till bolaget genom avslutade anställningar. Genom annulleringen återstår inga optionsrätter enligt de ovan nämnda programmen i bolagets egen ägo. Dessutom slog styrelsen fast att optionsrätterna enligt aktieoptionsprogrammet 2017, vilka återgått i bolagets ägo genom en avslutad anställning, ska annulleras och aktieoptionsprogrammet 2017 ska avslutas.För mer information, gå in på bolagets webbplats på www.nexstim.com, eller kontakta:Mikko Karvinen, vd
