Företagsmeddelande, insiderinformation, Helsingfors 10 juni 2020 kl. 20.30Nexstim Abp: Ändringen av villkoren för optionsprogram och warranterNexstim Abp (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (”Nexstim” eller ”bolaget”) genomförde en företrädesemission som avslutades 25 maj 2020 i Sverige och 27 maj 2020 i Finland, och styrelsen beslutade i dag 10 juni 2020 att justera teckningspriserna i bolagets optionsprogram 2016B–C, 2017 och 2018A samt i villkoren för bolagets warranter (de särskilda rättigheterna) så att det nuvarande teckningspriserna per aktie sänks.I enlighet med villkoren för optionsprogrammen och warrantavtalen, förändras teckningspriserna i optionsprogrammen och warrantavtalen så att priserna i dessa program och warrantavtal är jämförbara med priserna före företrädesemissionen.
