New date for the Annual General Meeting and update of financial calendar

The Board of Directors of Formpipe Software AB (publ) has, as a result of the uncertainty caused by the spread of coronavirus Covid-19, taken the decision to postpone the annual general meeting to Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 10:00.Formpipe has a business model with a high proportion of recurring revenues and strong cash flow, which forms the basis for the Board’s proposal for dividend for 2019. Due to the global development, it is currently difficult to assess the economic consequences.
