Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2020:At September 30, 2020, the Company had cash and cash equivalents of approximately $32.0 million, compared with cash and cash equivalents of approximately $10.3 million at September 30, 2019. NeuBase estimates its cash and cash equivalents are sufficient to fund the currently planned operating and capital expenditures into the first quarter of CY2022;For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020, the Company reported a net loss of approximately $17.4 million, or a net loss of $0.89 per share, compared with a net loss of approximately $26.1 million, or a net loss of $3.16 per share, for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2019; andFor the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020, total operating expenses were approximately $17.1 million, consisting of approximately $10.1 million in general and administrative expenses and $6.9 million of research and development expenses. This compares with total operating expenses of $25.5 million for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2019, which was comprised of approximately $9.1 million in general and administrative expenses, $3.4 million in research and development expenses, and $13.0 million in research and development-license acquired expenses.
